Each item is made to order specifically for you, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
No Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or adjusted.
Please double-check your item selection, size, and shipping details before completing checkout.
Defective or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or print error, we’ll make it right.
What to do:

Clear photos showing the defect or misprint

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
(Defects are determined in accordance with our print partner’s quality standards.)
Please note: Slight variations in color, texture, or placement may occur due to the printing process and are not considered defects.
Sizing Responsibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
Sizing is the customer’s responsibility—please review our size charts carefully before purchasing.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Nörma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, and replacements or refunds will not be issued in these cases.
