All purchases from Nörma are final sale. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

No Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or adjusted.
Please confirm item, size, and shipping details before checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier. Nörma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Replacements or refunds will not be provided.

Sizing Responsibility

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors.

 Chargeback Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  •  Referral to collections for fraudulent activity
